Report: Mr. Anis Arfi started the session with sharing with us about his works including the industrial visit in airplane hanger. He shared with the attendees his initiatives and projects which he has worked in the past as well as currently working on. He helped the attendees understand the significance of team building and what are the outcomes of team building on the projects and organization as a whole. He gave a step by step process into team building and project management too. He explained project management and how to get going on it. With his invaluable experience he addressed the attendees. On the other hand, Ms. Sana Abou-Shabaan walked us through the journey from student to young professional. She explained to us what transitions take place in this journey and how to take each challenge. She briefed us about the various stages from student to young professional. Ms. Sana touched upon the topic of time management. She told us how to manage our time and where to invest. Both the speakers spoke about collaboration and its methods during the interactive QnA session. Digital momentos were presented to our speakers as a token of appreciation.
