CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP NORMS
The following conference norms are approved by IEEE Bombay Section Execom and are effective 1st February 2016. Conference organizers are requested to follow the process given here to obtain approval for organizing conference which is technically co-sponsored by Bombay Section and/or allied Sub-Section(s):

| Step 0 | Read the conference norms carefully (IEEE Bombay Section Conference Norms) | 24 months before the conference date. |
| Step 1 | Approach the Section and/or Subsection for sponsorship (technical) in attached form: Form 1: Conference Application Form to be submitted for applying only the Technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Bombay Section without publishing in IEEE Xplore Form 2: Conference Application Form to be submitted for applying the Technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Bombay Section with publishing in IEEE Xplore | 24 months before the conference date. Bombay Section will review your request & contact the technical committee members. |
| Step 2 | Once Approval is obtained from Bombay Section and/or Sub-Section, fill up the conference application from IEEE Website | |
| Step 3 | Inform Bombay Section and/or Sub-section that you have completed Step 2 | |
| Step 4 | Bombay Section will do the necessary approval in 1-2 days. |
