Embedded Systems Fundamentals

Abstract:

With the advent of modern electronics & miniaturisation of components, computing has taken a prominent position in our lives. Within this realm, the hidden computers, a.k.a, Embedded Systems are gaining importance day-after-day. This talk is an introduction to Embedded Systems & the various techniques associated with them. Attendants will get to know about the different terms associated with this technology & the processes involved in design & development of such systems.

The talk will show a few demonstrations that will enable the audience to appreciate the technology in a broader perspective & make the talk more engaging.

About the speaker:

Jagdish Bisawa has a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University. He has been associated with electronics engineering since about 2 decades, with a an experience of more than 15 years in the Embedded Technology domain. He has worked in various application areas of Electronics Engineering like Power Supply Design, Industrial Automation, Vehicle Dynamics evaluation & Embedded Graphical User Interface designs. He has presented talks at various seminars & conferences in India, including the Embedded Systems Conference held annually at Bengaluru.
