This award is to recognize the contributions made by the IEEE Bombay Section Chapter/Affinity groups in increasing the awareness of IEEE and the value addition it has brought in to not just the Section but also across India Council/Region/HQ. The award will be decided based on various factors like the current membership count, growth of members, Number of events including (but not limited to) technical, non-technical, administrative, social and others conducted in the year. The quality of these events will also have to be considered accordingly. Events across India Council/Region/HQ conducted/participated by the members of the respective Section/Affinity Groups Papers published/presented in various forum by members, awards won by members, significant value addition for the section. All Chapter/affinity groups affiliated to IEEE Bombay section with more than 20 active IEEE members are eligible to submit the application.
