The IEEE SB branch of Goa College of Engineering with the Goa Radio Amateurs Society is organizing an electrifying workshop on Ham Radio.

You get to explore Ham Radio with Goa Radio Amateurs’ Society with HandsOn session. The workshop is for all Engineering as well as for non-engineering students.

Topics to be covered:
a. Understanding and demo of Ham Radio.
b. Building a 2 element Yagi antenna for receiving weather images from NOAA satellites using RTL SDR dongle. This also enables students to further deep dive into listening to ham radio satellites, CubeSats and setting up their own ground station.

It’s a beautiful opportunity to network with fellow enthusiasts, engage in hands-on activities, and dive into the fascinating world of ham radio.
